- Garlic Cream Base

- Peppadew Peppers

Preheat the oven:
Set oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it inside to preheat. -
Prepare the dough:
Stretch or roll your pizza dough to desired size (12-inch works great).
Place on a lightly floured surface, pizza peel, or baking sheet. -
Build your base:
Spread an even layer of garlic cream sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. -
Add toppings:

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly across the base.

Add red onion and peppadew peppers for sweet heat.

Top with chicken pieces.

Bake:
Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. -
Finish:
Once baked, drizzle Big Whisk Green Chili Jam generously over the hot pizza.
