We appreciate your business and care about your satisfaction, which is why we offer a 6 months Happiness Guarantee, no questions asked. We hope you love our jam, but if there is a problem, we will take care of it, that's our promise to you.
If you're not 100% happy with your order, we offer the following refund options:
1. You may choose to be refunded with a replacement jar.

2. You may choose a full monetary refund, to be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund requests with be reviewed within 48 hours, and once approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days.
