- 2-3 lbs pork butt
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Can Lager Beer (your choice)
- Season pork with salt and pepper
- Chop onion and garlic
- Place pork, chopped onion and garlic in slow cooker.
- Add beer and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Remove lid, shred pork (this can be done using tongs, forks, or whatever utensil works best for you).
- Add 1-1/2 cups Green Chili Jam to shredded pork, replace lid and cook on low for an additional 4 hours.
