Slow Cooker Green Chili Jam Pulled Pork

Green Chili Jam Slow cooker Pork, a delicous and easy way to cook pork shoulder or pork butt.


  • 2-3 lbs pork butt
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Can Lager Beer (your choice)


  • Season pork with salt and pepper
  • Chop onion and garlic
  • Place pork, chopped onion and garlic in slow cooker.
  • Add beer and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Remove lid, shred pork (this can be done using tongs, forks, or whatever utensil works best for you).
  • Add 1-1/2 cups Green Chili Jam to shredded pork, replace lid and cook on low for an additional 4 hours.
